These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vertixcloudsystems.com (“Website”) and any bookings, tours, or packages offered through the Website.

2. Availability, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary details

All tour/package availability, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary details shown on the Website are subject to confirmation. We may update information due to supplier availability, routing or operational changes, seasonality, holidays, or other legitimate reasons.

Where the Website displays estimates (for example, times, durations, or descriptions), the final terms for your booking are confirmed at the time of reservation/confirmation by us or the relevant service provider.

3. Booking and contract

When you submit a booking request or order, you are requesting services. Your booking may be confirmed only after we validate the request and confirm the final terms. Upon confirmation, the transaction is subject to the applicable contract/booking details provided to you through the confirmation process on the Website or by email.

For online transactions in Ukraine, we provide mandatory identifying information and contract/transaction information in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

4. Consumer information and complaints

If you are a consumer (B2C), we provide consumer information and maintain mechanisms for handling complaints and resolving disputes related to the transaction.

The consumer dispute/complaint procedure should be directed through the mechanisms described in this policy and via our contact details below, in line with Про затвердження Порядку подання споживачами звернень та врегулювання спорів : Resolution; 1308 on April 10, 2024 № 183.

Consumer-protection requirements for reliable consumer information and dispute resolution mechanisms apply under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

Important: Commercial information provided to consumers should be available in Ukrainian language. We aim to provide complete and sufficient information for consumer-facing pages in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

5. Personal data

If you submit forms, make a booking, or otherwise provide personal data, we process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable Ukrainian law.

If the Website collects/processes personal data (for example, booking or lead forms, or analytics with identifiers), consent and required information/notice must be provided through the Privacy Policy in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

6. Advertising and promotions

If the Website presents offers as advertising (including discounts, limited deals, or other promotional claims), we aim to ensure that the information is not misleading and includes required disclosures in accordance with Закон України "Про рекламу" від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, carriers, venues, or suppliers. Any obligations of third parties are governed by their terms and applicable law.
